I just stumbled upon the foyer and I just heard what you said to the woman who was moving and felt compelled to through out clothing stuff that had a lot of sentimental value for her and I just wanted to write how much I appreciate how you handled her. I am very impressed with your gentleness, kindness because your approach seemed to me that you meet people where they are and then you nudge them along and up to a better accepting place. I think more of this attitude is needed in dealing with people in general.
